Track Travels To Notre Dame Meyo

Last week EIU posted six first place finishes at the Northern Iowa Invite with 17 total top three finishes at the meet.

Five EIU athletes currently rank in the top 30 in the nation in their events entering the weekend with six athletes having posted OVC best marks this year.

Johnathan Boey is 23rd in the nation in the 60m dash and ranks first in the OVC.

Calvin Edwards Is 29th in the nation in the 200m dash and ranks first in the OVC.

Mick Viken is 8th in the nation in the pole vault and ranks first in the OVC.  Teammate Peter Geraghty is 9th in the nation in the pole vault.

Jade Riebold is 4th in the nation in the pole vault and ranks first in the OVC.

Ryan Ballard and Kristen Paris both rank first in the 800m in the OVC.
