Great Interview of Ron Daws
Wednesday, October 7 2009If you don't know who he is, type his name into an internet search and read up. In a nutshell, he was an average runner, who became an above average runner after years of training, who kept on training and years later became an olympian for the US in the marathon. He wasn't a "late bloomer" or "undertrained" - he was just an average guy who worked his butt off in high school, then college, then post-collegiately, had incremental improvements and just kept living his dream of making the olympics and boom, it actually happened.
