EASTERN ILLINOIS: In his first cross-country season for EIU, finished 21st at the 2006 OVC cross-country championships... in track, placed 3rd in the 800m at the OVC championships (1:55.37) and was part of EIU’s champion distance medley relay team... ranks # 10 indoors in the 800m run and has two top-ten rankings as part of the distance medley relay... placed 4th outdoors at the OVC championships in the 800m run... also competed in the 400m hurdles. Member of Kansas Relays champion distance medley relay team in 2006... will also compete in the mile and 1500m run events in 2007... already in 2007 indoor track, placed 2nd at the Indiana Invite in the 600m (1:20.66), set the school record in the distance medley relay (9:50.57) and set an indoor personal best in the 800m at Iowa State... 2007 second team All-OVC in outdoor by finishing second in 800 meter run... time of 1:51.52 ranks 10th best at EIU... 2007 first team All-OVC in indoor 800 meters and second team in mile run... best time in 800 of 1:51.92 ranks fourth at EIU.

HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped for coach John Cannon at Western Canada High earning varsity letters in track, cross country and football… team MVP for cross country and track… 4x400 Provincial champion as a junior… 4x100 Provincial champion as a senior... Canadian National Champion in the 800 meters in 2005... personal record of 1:51.84.

Personal: Majoring in Accounting… son of Al and Cathy Holm… competed as a member of the 2005 Canadian Summer Games team at the Pan American Junior Games.
