Matt is a senior hurdler in track... did not compete in 2008 indoor season... placed 7th at 2008 OVC Outdoor championships with a personal best 15.19... set personal best in 400m hurdles at Big Blue Classic with 57.98... transferred for 2007 season... scored points for 2007 EIU OVC Indoor Championship team with a sixth place finish in the 60 hurdles... personal best was 8.40 at the EIU Mega Meet... placed 10th at Notre Dame Last Chance... also ran 200m during indoor season... competed in only two meets during outdoor season... Junior College: Competed at Danville Area Community College… placed fourth at indoor national championships... HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Gibson City High earning varsity letters in football, basketball and track… All-SIAC Conference in football… four-time All-SIAC in track… set high school record for high jump, high hurdles and intermediate hurdles… won SVCC championship as a sophomore and senior.
