Boey Places Seventh at NCAA Indoor Championships

COLLEGE STATION, Texas – Eastern Illinois redshirt junior Zye Boey placed seventh in the 200-meter dash in a time of 21:55 at the NCAA Indoor Track Championships in College Station, Texas on Friday night.

Boey earned NCAA Division I All-American honors for the first time and becomes the 10th athlete in EIU history to earn All-American accolades. The last was Gabe Spezia who was an All-American selection in 1999 and 2000 competing in the 60m hurdles.
