Ryan is a 1998 Alumni of EIU and the Track and Field / Cross-Country program. The EIU coaching staff hopes all current members of our team(s) - except those competing at the NCAA Regional meet - can be in attendence at this event. Already there are 200 people signed up for the race!!! That says A LOT about the kind of person Ryan was and the kind of impact he had on others. It also says a lot about his time at EIU, how his former teammates have gathered around to honor him with this event, at the school he loved and on the XC course he loved to race and practice on.  ALL CURRENT PANTHERS WHO ARE IN TOWN THIS WEEKEND - PLEASE MAKE PLANS TO ATTEND THE EVENT THIS SATURDAY MORNING - start/finish at the campus pond pavillion - even if you don't run, please just come out to support the event.
