EIU Track Hosts Early Bird Meet On Friday

CHARLESTON, Ill. – Eastern Illinois men's and women's indoor track will host its season opening meet on Friday evening as the Panthers welcome Cincinnati, Indiana State and Vincennes University to compete in the EIU Early Bird. The meet will begin with field events at 3 p.m. with the weight throw. Running events begin at 4 p.m. with the 60m hurdles. Following the meet, EIU will take off the Holiday Break returning to action on Jan. 21 with the John Craft Invitational.
